Our place is at 159 Jayanagar Parvati Industrial Estate, right on the Pune Satara Road. It’s a busy spot, and the traffic outside never really seems to stop. J. K. Industrial Corn. is right in the heart of the industrial side of things. We deal with industrial parts and supplies, the kind of stuff that keeps factories and workshops running. It’s not a clean environment by any means. There’s dust, there’s the sound of heavy trucks, and there’s always something being moved around. We’ve been in this estate for a while now. You get to know the neighbors and the way the local delivery guys work. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back or looking through catalogs to find a specific part for someone. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the numbers match up. We aren't here to give sales pitches. We just provide the parts that people ask for. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a practical business for people who need practical solutions. We keep our heads down and do the work. The Pune Satara Road is a good location for us because it’s easy for the transport trucks to find, even if the road is always packed. It’s just a normal industrial setup that works for us.
