Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd

Our office for Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd is located at number 595 on the first floor of the Sree Lakshmi Aadinarayan Swamy Arc. We’re right in J.P. Nagar, 1st Phase, on 15th Cross. It’s a pretty lively area with a lot of shops and people walking around. The building itself has a long name, but most people just know the landmark. We’re up one flight of stairs. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place with desks, chairs, and some filing cabinets that are starting to get full. We deal with soya products and oils, so a lot of our day is spent on the phone with distributors or checking on the logistics. It can get a bit noisy with the street sounds coming through the windows, but we’re used to it by now. The team here is a mix of older folks who’ve been around forever and some younger ones learning the ropes. We don't have any big corporate mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do our work, and head home. Sometimes we stay late when the month-end reports are due. There’s a small place nearby where we usually grab some snacks during our break. It’s a basic setup that works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just focus on making sure the business keeps running smoothly every day. By the time we head out, the street lights in J.P. Nagar are usually already on.
