Ruchi Chowdhary

My name is Ruchi Chowdhary and I’m located over in Benson Town, Bangalore. It’s a nice part of the city with a lot of old trees and quiet streets, which I really like for my daily work. I don’t have a big corporate office or a floor in a tech park. I work from a smaller space here that feels more like a home than a business. I started doing this a few years ago because I wanted to work on my own terms without all the corporate stress. Benson Town has a good vibe for that. I handle the day-to-day stuff myself, from the paperwork to the actual tasks. It can get a bit overwhelming when a lot of things happen at once, but I manage. I don’t use any fancy management software or anything like that. I just use my laptop and a few folders to keep track of things. Sometimes I take my work to a local cafe if I need a change of scenery and some fresh air. People in the neighborhood know me and I like that personal connection. It’s better than being just a number in a big company. I try to be honest about what I can do and how long it will take. I’m not perfect and I make mistakes sometimes, but I always try to fix them. It’s just me doing my best in a city that’s always moving. My desk is usually covered in notes and old coffee mugs.
