As A Cashier In Kfc Bangalore

Working at the KFC here on C Street near Nanjappa Circle in Shanthinagar is a lot of things, but it’s never boring. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know it gets crowded, especially around the circle. I’m usually behind the register, which means I see a lot of hungry people all day long. Being a cashier isn't just about the money; it’s about dealing with the rush and making sure the orders are right. The street outside is always noisy with autos and bikes, and that energy kind of spills into the shop. We’ve got a small team here, and we all just try to keep up. Sometimes the machines act up or we run out of something, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. Shanthinagar is a good place to be, it feels like a real community. People from the nearby offices come in for lunch, and then the students show up later. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and smiling even when you’re tired. We don’t have a big fancy about us page because we are just people working a job in a busy chicken shop. Our space at 8, C Street is where we spend most of our hours. It’s honest work. We don’t pretend it’s anything other than what it is—serving food and handling the till in a busy corner of the city. We just do our shift and go home like everyone else.
