U.S.Pizza

Our U.S. Pizza shop is located at 222, 3rd Cross, in the New Bank Colony area of Konankunte, Bangalore-62. It’s a regular neighborhood pizza place, not a big corporate flagship. We spend most of our days in the kitchen, making sure the ovens are hot and the ingredients are fresh. It’s a lot of work, especially when the orders start coming in all at once during the evening rush. The shop isn't fancy at all. We have a few chairs and tables, but many people just like to take their food home. 3rd Cross is a quiet residential street, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the families who live around here. We aren't trying to be gourmet or anything like that. We just want to serve a decent pizza that people enjoy. Sometimes things go wrong, like the power cutting out or a delivery getting delayed in the Bangalore traffic, and we just have to apologize and keep going. That’s just the reality of running a food business. We don't do a lot of talking about missions or goals; we just focus on the next order.
