Our place is on the first floor in Indira Nagar, over in the Poisar area. It’s a decent enough spot for our consulting office. We’ve got a few rooms where we sit and go through various numbers and piles of papers. Consulting might sound a bit grand, but mostly we are just helping people figure out their business stuff and keeping things on track. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a fountain or a receptionist in a suit. Just a front desk that’s usually covered in mail and packages. Indira Nagar is a great area, though the traffic on the main road can be a total nightmare during the evening rush hour. We all try to get in a bit early to beat the worst of it. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some whiteboards and a lot of old filing cabinets. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we know how everyone likes their coffee. We don't write mission statements on the walls or have big meetings for no reason. We just get the reports done and talk to our clients on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet when everyone is focused on a task. We like being on the first floor because you don't have to wait for the elevator. You can just walk right up the stairs. It’s a practical setup for the work we do.
