It is a family business, and we have grown up doing this work. When there is a wedding, a birthday, or a local festival, we are usually the ones busy in the background. Our warehouse is full of metal poles, rolls of colorful cloth, and big stacks of chairs. It is a lot of heavy lifting and long hours, especially during the busy season when we have multiple events on the same day. We also do the catering, serving simple, tasty food that people in the neighborhood enjoy. Our kitchen is always busy with the smell of spices and big pots of rice cooking. We don't have a fancy office or a marketing person. Most of our customers just walk in or call us because they saw our tents at another party. We try to be fair with our prices and make sure everything is set up on time. It is rewarding to see a celebration come together, even if we are just the ones making sure there is enough shade and food for everyone.
