In Bangalore, our office is at 27/1 RBI Colony in R T Nagar. It’s a pretty decent area to be in because it is mostly residential, so we don't have to deal with as much noise as the city center. We have been here at Rps for a good while now. The building is pretty easy to find once you get inside the colony streets. Inside, the setup is very basic and simple. We have a few rooms with desks and some bookshelves that are pretty much overflowing with old records and various papers. It’s the kind of office where you know exactly where everything is, even if it looks a bit messy to someone who doesn't work here. We usually start around nine and just keep going until the daily tasks are finished. Most of that involves being on the phone or checking things on our computer screens. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist to greet people. People just come in and we say hello to them. There is a small tea stall just around the corner where we go for a break almost every morning. The staff here is small, so we all know each other’s business. We talk about our families or what we did over the weekend while we wait for things to load. It is a relaxed atmosphere, though it gets a bit stressful when we have big deadlines to meet. The weather is usually nice.
