Rpoworldwide (Mastech Inc.)

We are Rpoworldwide, part of Mastech Inc., and we're based in Bangalore. Our current setup is at Sapthagiri Pg Home, 1/15, I Main Road. It’s in Chikka Adugodi, near the Thavarekere Road Cross. The pincode is 560 029. It’s an interesting location because it’s shared with a PG home, so there’s always people coming and going. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building. It feels more like a home, which is fine with us. We have our workspace set up and we just get on with the recruiting and RPO work. Karnataka is a big place, but this little corner of Bangalore is where we spend our hours. The street outside can get pretty narrow and crowded with bikes. Inside, it’s just a bunch of desks and computers. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a list of things to do for the day. Sometimes we share a meal together if we have time. It's a very practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to look like a giant corporation. We’re just a local team doing the work for the bigger company. It's quiet enough for us to focus. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs every day. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be.
