JP Nagar 1st Phase is a decent part of Bangalore to be in, though the traffic on the main road can be a real headache some mornings. We are located right in the middle of it all. The office is basically just a bunch of us trying to find people for jobs. We spend a lot of time on LinkedIn and calling folks to see if they want to move. It is a lot of talking. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, which happens a lot here. We have a small pantry where we eat our tiffin. It’s not a fancy tech park office with a gym or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of notebooks. We’ve got people from all over living in the city working here. It gets loud when everyone is on a call at once. We don't really use big words or pretend to be world-class, we just try to find the right names for the roles we have. The floor is usually covered in some wires and maybe a few empty water bottles by the end of the day. We are just a group of people working together in a crowded city. Some days are slow and we just chat about movies, but other days we are stuck to our chairs for eight hours straight. It’s just how it is in Bangalore. We try our best and hope the traffic isn't too bad on the way home.
