Rpg Cables Ltd. is situated out at number 80 in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. We are technically in Hebbagodi Village within the Anekal Taluk. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but being out here gives us the space we need for all the heavy machinery and spools of wire. We spend our days making cables of all sizes. It’s a process that involves a lot of heat and careful monitoring of the machines. The factory floor is usually humming with noise, so we’ve all gotten used to shouting a bit to be heard. We aren't trying to do anything fancy; we just want to make sure the wire we produce is solid and holds up under use. Most of our staff lives nearby in the village or just a short bus ride away. It’s a hardworking environment where nobody is afraid to get their hands dirty. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it, which is frustrating but part of the job. We don’t have a lot of corporate meetings or polished presentations. Our focus is mainly on the production line and making sure we hit our numbers for the week. The industrial area can be a bit grim when it rains, but we just stay inside and keep the lines running. It’s straightforward industrial work that keeps us all busy.
