Royal Chicken Centre

Royal Chicken Centre is right on New Nagardas Road in Kamakshi Palya. We are at number 42. It’s a busy street with lots of people walking by all day. We open early to get things ready for the morning rush. The shop isn't very big. We have the counters and the cutting area in the back. It’s always a bit loud because of the fans and the traffic outside. We get our birds delivered daily so everything is fresh. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and most of the neighbors know us. We don't have fancy menus or anything. People just come in and tell us what they want. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait on Sunday mornings because everyone wants their chicken for lunch at the same time. We try to work fast but it takes time to do it right. The floor gets washed down multiple times a day to keep it clean. It’s hard on the back, standing there all day, but it’s a good business. We don't do any advertising. People just see the sign and come in. We know how to cut the meat exactly how the regulars like it. It’s just a normal local shop doing what we’ve always done. We've got a couple of stools if you need to sit while you wait for your order.
