Roushan Telecommunication

Roushan Telecommunication is located on Banneraghatta Road, specifically inside the Pavana Industrial Estate at M I D C 7. It's a busy spot with lots of other small units around. We spend most of our days dealing with phones, connections, and all that communication gear people need these days. The shop isn't very large, just enough room for the counters and the repair tools we use. People from the industrial estate pop in when their devices act up or if they need a new SIM or some recharge. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at small parts under the light. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the trucks and machines from the other units, but we’re used to it. We keep a variety of accessories on the walls, though they might be a bit dusty. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in the city. We just provide what the local workers and residents need. Sometimes we have to tell people a part will take a few days to arrive. It’s honest work. I’ve been doing this for a while and seen how phones have changed from basic ones to the big screens everyone has now. We just try to fix what's broken and sell what works. It’s a simple life at the industrial estate and we like the people who stop by for a chat while they wait. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to pass the time between customers coming through the door.
