Rooftop Grill Bar

We opened up Rooftop Grill Bar a while back here in Carmelaram 1. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but people seem to like being outside when they eat. We started out with just a small grill and a couple of tables. Now it’s busier, especially on weekends when the sun goes down. Most of us who work here live nearby, so it’s pretty relaxed. Sometimes the music is a bit loud but that’s just how it goes. We do a lot of grilled meat and veg. It gets smoky up there on the roof when the wind blows the wrong way. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just some lights strung up and basic chairs. Usually, someone is forgetting to refill the water pitchers, but we try to keep up. It’s a good spot to just sit. You can see a lot of the neighborhood from up here. We’ve had the same cook for two years now and he knows what he’s doing with the coals. It isn't anything special to look at during the day, but at night it’s alright. We handle a lot of regulars who just want a cold drink after work. It’s loud, it’s a bit hot near the grill, and the floor is a little uneven in places. That's just how the building is. We’re usually open until late unless it rains hard. Carmelaram is changing fast, but we’re still here doing the same thing every day for anyone who comes by.
