Being in Bangalore means you are always surrounded by tech talk, and it’s no different for us. We are over at Roles & Responsibilities With It Company, right in the thick of things. Bangalore is a big place, and it can feel a bit overwhelming with all the new buildings going up every week. We don’t have one of those massive campuses with a gym or a swimming pool. We just have a regular office where we try to stay on top of everything. The name of the company is a bit long, but it pretty much says what we do without any extra fluff. We deal with the day-to-day tasks that keep an IT business moving. Some days are slow and we spend a lot of time just catching up on emails, while other days are so busy we barely have time to eat lunch. The traffic in the city is a constant topic of conversation here, just like in any other Bangalore office. We all have our jobs, and we try to stick to them so things don't get messy. It’s a practical environment. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we are changing the world. We are just a group of people in a city that loves technology, trying to do our part and earn a living. It’s not always perfect, and things break sometimes, but we just fix them and keep going every day.
