You can find Roland & Associates over in the Narayana Reddy Building. We are at No: 529, Door No: 1 on the 1st Cross in Bellandur. Being right off the Outer Ring Road means we spend a lot of time hearing the trucks and cars go by. It’s a busy spot in Bangalore-37. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a regular space with some workstations and a small area where we keep our coats and bags. We do our associate work here, mostly focused on business tasks and paperwork. The building itself is pretty standard for this area. We have some neighbors who do different things, so there's always a mix of people in the hallway. Sometimes the lift is slow so we just take the stairs. It’s a bit of a workout. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and say hello. We try to keep things organized but with all the files we handle, things get a bit piled up sometimes. We’ve been in Bellandur long enough to see the area change a lot. More buildings, more traffic, more everything. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks we have for the day. It’s just how we operate. We like the local lunch spots around here too. It is a practical place for practical people.
