Rizwan Associates

We are located at 41395 Nagawara Main Road in the Bilal Complex. It is right in Bilal Nagar, and we are directly opposite the Arabic College. If you are driving down the main road, you can't really miss the college, so finding us is usually pretty easy for people. At Rizwan Associates, we do a lot of work with the properties around this specific area. The office is usually humming with the sound of the traffic outside and the ceiling fan going. We have been in this complex for a while, and we know most of the other shop owners nearby. A lot of our day is spent talking to people about rentals or buying small plots nearby. We do not use any fancy software to track everything; we still rely a lot on our notebooks and the folders we keep on the shelves. It is a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. Sometimes we have to close up for an hour to go look at a property down the road, so we just leave a note on the door. It is a local business, and we treat it that way. We know which parts of Nagawara are getting crowded and where it is still quiet. People from the college or the neighborhood stop in quite a bit just to ask for advice or see what is new on our list. We just tell them what we know.
