Rivera Manpower Services

We are located at 93 BTM Layout 2nd Stage, right on Dhole Patil Road. It is just opposite the Aravind Medicals, which makes us pretty easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. Rivera Manpower Services is basically just us trying to help people get jobs and helping companies find the right folks to hire. It gets quite busy around here with people dropping by to show us their resumes or asking about what work is available. We do not have a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. It is just a normal place where we sit and make calls all day. Sometimes the traffic outside is really loud, especially in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We have been operating from this spot for a while. Finding good staff is hard these days, so we spend a lot of time talking and checking references to make sure things fit. People come from all over the city to see us. We do not really do any big advertising because word of mouth usually does the job. If you walk past the medical shop, you will see our door. It is a straightforward business and we just focus on getting the work done without too much fuss. Most of our days are spent going through files and trying to match people up with the right roles. It is simple but it keeps us busy from morning until late.
