Rinac India Limited

If you walk down Main Channel Road in Ulsoor, you’ll find us at Saraswathi Nivas. Rinac India Limited has been operating out of this No. 5 building for a while now. It’s a nice enough spot in Saraswathi Puram, though the Bangalore traffic outside can get pretty loud during the rush hour. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through piles of paperwork and handling project details. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks, and the layout is a bit old-fashioned but it works for what we do. The windows look out over the street, so we see the neighborhood change through the seasons. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the coffee machine likes to act up in the morning. We don’t really do anything flashy. We just show up, handle the cooling and construction side of things, and make sure the clients get what they asked for. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we manage to keep things moving. Ulsoor is a busy place, and being right here near the channel means we are always in the middle of the action. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a bunch of people who know their jobs well. We usually eat lunch together in the small pantry area. It’s a simple life here at the office.
