Rims Manpower Outsourcing Solutions (India) Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for some time now. The office is tucked away a bit, so it is usually quiet. We have a few rooms filled with desks and cupboards. It is not the most modern place, but we like it. There are plants near the entrance that we try to remember to water. We spend our days dealing with a lot of paperwork and phone calls. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. We do not have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. We are just a group of people working together. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We handle things as they come and do not make a fuss about it. The neighborhood has a lot of history, and we feel like we fit in well. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It is a simple, hardworking environment without any of the extra polish you see in big cities. We just focus on the work on our desks.
