We are based in Kumaraswamy Layout 2nd Stage. You can find us at number 4155, which is on the 2nd Floor of a building on the 4th Cross. This part of Bangalore is very lived-in and has a lot of local shops and small businesses. We are a consulting firm, but we keep things very simple. The office is just a couple of rooms that we have filled with desks and a lot of paper. To get to us, you have to walk up some fairly steep stairs since we are on the second floor. It is not a fancy place at all. We have some old wooden chairs and a few fans to keep the air moving. We spend our time talking to business owners and helping them with their plans. It is a lot of listening and taking notes. The 4th Cross is usually full of parked scooters, so it can be a bit tight to get through. We have been in this location for a good number of years and we are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We usually get a quick meal at one of the small hotels nearby. We do not have a big team or any fancy technology. It is just us doing the work we know how to do in a space that is familiar and practical. We find that being in a regular neighborhood helps us stay connected to the real world of small business and everyday problems.
