Ridhi Siddhi Telecom

Ridhi Siddhi Telecom sits over in Banashankari 3rd Stage, specifically at Ambali 1. It is a modest shop where we handle a lot of different things related to phones and connections. We’ve got sim cards, top-ups, and a variety of small electronics. The space isn't very big so we have to be smart about where we put things on the shelves. It can get a little crowded when three or four customers come in at once. We started this place because we saw a lot of people in the neighborhood looking for a reliable spot for their recharges and minor phone issues. Usually, it is just me or my brother behind the desk. We know a lot of the residents around here since they stop in for their monthly plans or just to get a new pair of earphones. The street outside can get noisy with the bikes and cars, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. If a phone has a software glitch, we try to troubleshoot it. Sometimes it works out quickly, other times we have to look into it more or tell them to take it to the main center. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local telecom shop. We keep our hours pretty regular, though we might close a bit early on Sundays if it is slow. It is steady work and it feels good to help the people nearby keep their phones working. We don't have any fancy displays, just what's necessary to run the shop and help our customers.
