If you head down to 123 Marathahalli Old Chandapura, on Hosur Main Road, you’ll find Rich Feel Furniture right below the Axis Bank. It’s a pretty easy landmark to spot. Our showroom is usually packed with sofas, dining tables, and beds, sometimes so close together that it’s like a maze. We aren't one of those high-end boutiques where you're afraid to sit on anything. We want people to actually try the chairs out and see if they’re comfortable. The noise from Hosur Main Road is pretty constant, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of traffic over the years. We spend a lot of our time moving furniture around to make room for new stock or helping customers figure out if a wardrobe will fit in their spare room. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, and sometimes we end up with a few scratches on our hands by the end of the day. We don't have a team of interior designers in suits; it’s just us helping you find something that looks decent and doesn't fall apart. Sometimes the delivery truck is running late because of the mess on the roads, and we have to call and apologize, but people are usually understanding. It’s a straightforward business. We sell furniture, we load it up, and we try to keep the shop floor from getting too dusty. It’s just what we do here in Marathahalli.
