Rian Placement

Rian Placement is based at 42 Nal Road, right on the main road. We are quite close to P E S College, so we see a lot of young people walking by all the time. Our office is a simple place where we try to help people find work. It is not a big corporate building with a lobby. Just a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of phone calls. We spend most of our time talking to companies and looking through resumes that people drop off during the day. Sometimes the printer runs out of ink right when we need it, which is annoying. It is a regular job for us, trying to match folks with the right openings. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the front window directly. We have some folders piled up on the desks because there is always something to do. It’s a local operation, and we know the neighborhood well. People stop in to ask about what’s available or to update their contact details on our list. We don't use any complicated systems, just our lists and our phones. It feels like a normal workplace where things get done without too much fuss. If you are near the college, you’ve probably seen our door. We just keep at it every day, hoping to help someone get a start somewhere.
