Rgrhcl(Govt. Of Karnataka)

Rgrhcl is a government office for the state of Karnataka. We are located at No.5A Byrasandra on 15th Cross. This is in the 2nd stage area, near W O C Road and Jayanagar 4th block. If you know Jayanagar, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the blocks and crosses. Our office is where we handle housing projects for people in rural areas. It is a typical government setup with lots of files, desks, and people coming in to ask about their applications. We have a lot of paperwork to go through every single day. It is not a fast-paced corporate environment. Things take time because we have to follow all the rules and procedures. We have staff who have been working for the government for decades. The office is in a residential-feeling part of Byrasandra, so it is relatively calm compared to the main roads. We don't have any fancy marketing because we are a public service. Our goal is just to help get houses built where they are needed. People come in from all over to talk to us about their housing needs. We try to help them as best as we can with the documents they bring. It is a lot of sitting at desks and checking lists. We aren't here to make a profit, just to do the job we were assigned by the state. We follow the guidelines and handle the files that come across our desks.
