We’ve been at this spot near the Delhi Gate for quite some time now. If you know the Rajajinagar Japan Market area, you probably know how busy it gets around here. Our office is right by the Kanwa Diagnostic Centre, which is a pretty good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. Mostly, we spend our days dealing with housing finance paperwork and talking to people about their home plans. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking over documents. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud you can hardly hear anything, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We have a small staff here, just local folks trying to get the work done before the day ends. Most people come in because they’ve heard about us from a neighbor or saw the sign while heading to the market. There’s nothing fancy about the setup inside. We have some chairs for people to wait in and a lot of filing cabinets. It gets a bit crowded on Monday mornings when everyone seems to want to check on their applications at the same time. We usually just have our tea and get to work. It isn’t always the quickest process because there is just so much to check, but we stay at it. People come in with all sorts of questions about buying a house and we try to give them the right information without making it too complicated.
