You can find Lic Housing Finance Ltd over at Aishwarya Mansion. We are on the first floor of 43/1 A in the Minerva Industrial Estate area. It is right on L B S Marg in Indira Nagar. Being beside the metro station is a big help for everyone getting to the office. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks going through various housing files. There is always a stack of applications that needs to be looked at. The office is not very large but it is where we do all our daily work. People come in from the neighborhood to talk about home loans and mortgages. It is a lot of paperwork and checking small details. We are not trying to be fancy or look like a high-end firm. It is just a regular office with computers and some filing cabinets. The noise from the metro and the street traffic is just part of the day here. We have been at this location for a while now. Most of the staff lives around Indira Nagar or takes the train in from other parts of the city. We just focus on getting the tasks done so people can get their housing situations sorted. It is a straightforward job. We do not do much in the way of promotion, just help whoever walks through the door or calls us up on the phone. We just keep working through the files one by one as they come across our desks.
