Team The Loanz

Team The Loanz is based at No. 108 in the Poorva Graces Apartments. That is over on Amruthahalli Bellary Road. It is an apartment building, so it is not like a big glass office building you might see downtown. We have our setup there and we stay busy with the work. Sometimes it is quiet, other times everyone is on the phone at once. Being on Bellary Road means it is easy for people to find the general area, even if the apartment complex is a bit tucked away. We have been here for a bit now. We are just a group of people working together under the name Team The Loanz. We do not really go for all those polished marketing slogans you see everywhere else. It is just about getting the work done every day. Some of us have lived around here for years. Poorva Graces is a decent place to work from. We keep things pretty informal in the office. No suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes and hard work. It gets a bit crowded with all the papers and files sometimes, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to be helpful to whoever reaches out. We do not have a big fancy reception area. If you come by, you just see us working at our desks, usually with a cup of tea nearby. It is a simple life and a simple business, but it keeps us going and we know the area well enough to feel at home.
