Rfc Food Centre

People around BTM Layout know where we are. We sit right on Gangote Path 1. It’s a busy little stretch of road. We opened Rfc Food Centre because we lived around here and it just made sense. There’s always someone looking for a quick bite. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area. It gets hot back there but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in the city. We just want to make sure the people who live nearby have somewhere to go. The chairs might not always match perfectly and the floor gets scuffed up from all the boots coming through, but we keep it clean. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting around outside and we chat with them while the orders get packed up. It feels like a neighborhood spot because that’s exactly what it is. We see the same students and office workers every single afternoon. It’s nice to know people’s names even if we don't talk much. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on getting the food out. We don’t have fancy signs or anything. Just the name over the door. Gangote Path 1 is a bit crowded during rush hour, so it gets hectic, but once that passes, it’s back to the usual pace. We’re just here doing our thing every day of the week and seeing who walks in.
