We are located on the 3rd floor of the Nandanam Building at 2 Kammanahalli on LBS Marg. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, but the view of the street from the windows is alright. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets and managing the various files we have stacked up. The office isn't overly decorated; it’s mostly just practical desks and some filing cabinets that have been here since we moved in. LBS Marg is a busy stretch of road, so there’s a constant hum of engines in the background. We’ve grown accustomed to it over time. It’s just a few of us here, and we usually have a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. We don't go in for big meetings with fancy presentations. We prefer to sit down and just talk through the numbers. There’s a lot of paper that moves across these desks every week. Sometimes the building gets a bit chilly in the rainy season, so we keep a few sweaters draped over the chairs. It’s a straightforward workplace where the focus is on getting the tasks done without much fuss. We know our neighbors in the building, and we often run into them in the lobby or at the tea stall outside. It feels like a solid place to be based, right in the heart of Kammanahalli.
