Resource.Comet

You can find us at House 12 on the 1st Cross in Munnyappa Layout. We are right by the NAL Wind Tunnel Road in Murgeshpalaya, which is a pretty well-known spot if you are heading toward the Airport Road in Bangalore. We call the business Resource.Comet. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main road, which is nice when we are trying to focus. Our office is basically a converted house, so it feels more comfortable and less like a cold workplace. We have been here for a bit, navigating the usual Bangalore traffic and the rainy days that sometimes flood the corners of the layout. Our day-to-day involves a lot of searching and talking to people about their skills and where they want to work next. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are better than anyone else. We are just regular people working in a house in Murgeshpalaya. Sometimes the delivery drivers have a hard time finding the exact gate, but once people get here, they usually like the relaxed vibe we have. We do a lot of hiring work, and we try to keep it as simple as possible for everyone involved. It’s not a complicated operation, just us and our computers in a nice little corner of the city, doing what we know how to do.
