Resource Ventures

Resource Ventures is based out of a place called Ashraya, which is in Bondanthila Village. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main part of Mangalore, since we are situated out in Padu Post. Being in a village gives us a different perspective on how things should run. It’s much quieter here than in the city center. You can actually hear the birds and the wind in the trees while you’re trying to get through your emails. We started this venture because we wanted to do something meaningful right here where we live. Our office isn't some high-rise; it's a solid, practical building that fits right into the neighborhood. We handle a variety of tasks every day, mostly revolving around projects that come our way from the surrounding areas. Some days are slow, giving us time to catch up on paperwork that’s been sitting on the desk for a week. Other days, we’re running around trying to coordinate things with people who live miles away. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. People around Bondanthila know where to find us if they need anything. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours, and we’ve been making it work for quite some time now without needing anything flashy to show for it. It is just the way we like to work.
