Resource Jockey Consultancy

We are over here on J.V. Shetty Road, right near R.S. Palya. We mostly handle hiring and things like that for local companies. Resource Jockey Consultancy started because we saw how hard it was for folks to find decent work around the Bangalore-33 area. We do not have a big fancy office with glass walls. It is just a regular spot on Kammanahalli Main Road where we keep our files. Sometimes it gets really busy with people dropping off their resumes in person. We try our best to look through everything that comes in. It is not always easy matching the right person to the right spot, but we do what we can. My desk is usually covered in papers and coffee mugs. We deal with all sorts of roles, from office staff to more technical ones. If you are walking down the street, you might miss us if you are not looking closely at the signs. We have been in this neighborhood for a bit now. People know us as the place to go when they need a new hand at their shop or business. We do not use those big automated computer systems much. It is mostly just phone calls and face-to-face meetings. It feels more personal that way, even if it takes us a little longer to get things done. Bangalore is a huge city, but this little corner is where we stay. We drink a lot of tea while we sort through the paperwork. It is just honest work.
