Research Associate

You can find us on the 2nd floor of building number 15, right on the 3rd Cross in Lbs Nagar. We are in the Hal Post area of Bangalore, which has its own specific rhythm. Being a Research Associate here means spending a lot of time looking at data in a pretty quiet office. It is not a huge space, just a few rooms where we can focus. The 2nd floor location gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate perks. Our kitchen is just a microwave and a small fridge in the corner. We brought in our own plants to make it feel a bit more like a real place. The building is a bit older, so the walls have a few marks and the floor creaks in certain spots, but it doesn’t bother us. We focus on our research and try to keep things organized without making a big deal out of it. It’s a very straightforward environment. No one wears suits or uses big business jargon. We just talk like normal people and get through our lists. It is a solid place to work and we like being in this part of town. It’s not flashy, but it gets the job done for us. That is all we really need.
