You can find us at Room No.122 in the T/B Block of the M S Ramaiah Girls Hostel. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a Reliance Retail point, being inside the hostel premises at Msrit Post on New Bel Road. Bangalore is full of these little niche locations. Since we’re right there by the hostel, things are usually pretty lively with students coming and going all the time. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock or people visiting. We spend most of our time just managing the day-to-day things that come up. New Bel Road is always packed with cars and bikes, so getting here can be a bit of a chore depending on the time of day. We don't have a big corporate team here, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. It’s a very functional setup. We don't have fancy furniture or a break room. Mostly, we just sit among the boxes and do what needs doing. It’s a very specific kind of work environment, being tucked away in a student area like this. We just keep our heads down and handle the retail side of things as best as we can. It’s practical, it’s local, and it’s definitely not like those big offices you see downtown.
