Reliance Metals

Down in Jolly Mohalla at BDG Lane 42, that is where Reliance Metals is located. It is a narrow lane, like most of them in this part of the city, and it can be a real headache to get a vehicle through sometimes. We have been in this spot for a while now. The building is old, and the walls are stained from years of handling heavy metal pieces. We mostly deal with whatever people bring us. There are piles of copper pipes, old aluminum frames, and bits of brass scattered around the floor. We spend our days sorting through the junk to find what is worth keeping. It is dirty work, and there is no way around that. You end up with grease under your fingernails no matter how careful you are. Jolly Mohalla has a specific energy to it, very crowded and always moving. We fit right into that chaos. There is a small scale near the entrance where we weigh everything that comes in or goes out. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. Usually, we are just standing around the entrance waiting for the next load or chatting with the guys from the shop next door. It is a simple life, focused on the weight and the type of metal we are handling. We just try to keep things moving and clear out enough space to work for the next day. It is what it is.
