Our office is right in the National Games Village in Koramangala. If you’ve ever been to this part of Bangalore, you know it’s a big complex and it can be easy to get lost. Rejuz Consultancy is what we call ourselves. We’ve been based here for a while now. Koramangala is always busy and loud, but the Village area has its own slower pace. We do consultancy work. That means a lot of meetings and a lot of listening to people's business problems. We try to give sensible advice that actually works. The team is just a handful of us. We aren't some giant firm with hundreds of employees. We like it that way because we can actually talk to each other without sending a dozen emails. The office has a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. It’s a lived-in space. We spend our days looking at files and taking calls. Sometimes we go out for coffee at one of the many spots around the corner. It’s easy to get distracted by all the food options in Koramangala, but we try to stay focused on the work. People find us through word of mouth usually. We don't do much advertising. We just do the work and hope it's what people need. It’s a practical way to run things. We handle a mix of different clients. Every day brings something slightly different to the table, which keeps things interesting enough for us.
