We are located on the second floor of a building in Laxmi Nagar, Austin Town. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it is a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. It is not always easy because sometimes the right job is not available, or someone does not have quite the right experience, but we try to match things up the best we can. We have been doing this for a while now and have seen a lot of different people come through our doors. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files piled up. We do not have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just look at what a company needs and then try to find a person who fits that role. It involves a lot of phone calls and waiting for people to call back. Some days are really slow and other days we cannot even find time to have tea. That is just the way it goes in placement. We know the local area well and most of our work comes from word of mouth. People tell their friends about us and then they show up looking for a chance. We just do what we can to help them find a place to work. It is a straightforward setup and we like it that way. No big promises, just daily work.
