Refractories & Services

We are tucked away in Malessaram at No. 3/2, right on the 19th Cross in 6th Lane. It’s a bit of a maze if you don’t know the area well, but we are quite close to the HDFC Bank, which helps people find us when they are visiting. Refractories & Services is a small operation, and we mostly focus on the technical side of things. The shop is usually dusty because of the materials we handle, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their role without being told. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address painted on the gate. It’s a quiet lane for the most part, except when the delivery trucks try to squeeze through the narrow space. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors know us by name. The work involves a lot of checking and double-checking numbers and material specifications. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find polished floors or big glass walls. We have basic furniture and a lot of tools lying around. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a short break outside until it comes back on. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we just want to get the orders filled and sent out on time. It's a steady life here in this corner of the city, and we prefer it that way. We just keep doing our thing.
