You can find Refair Corporation at No.22/1 right on K Kamraj Rd. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. Most of our space is taken up by stock and the tools we use every day. K Kamraj Road is always buzzing with people and vehicles, so there is never a quiet moment. We like it that way. It keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small, especially when a big delivery arrives, but we’ve learned how to stack things to make it work. We aren't the type to wear suits or have long discussions about strategy. If a customer comes in, we talk about what they need and then we get to it. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We’ve had the same few guys working here for a long time now. We know each other's habits and how the shop runs. The floor might be a bit uneven and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that doesn't stop us from getting the work done right. People come to us because they know we are here and we don't mess around. We just provide what’s needed and move on to the next thing. It’s honest work, and it pays the bills, so we can’t complain much.
