Reddy Reddy Associates

Reddy Reddy Associates is located down in the basement of Jyothi Mansions. That is part of the Heritage Plaza at number 26 in the Malleshwaram area. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler during the hot months, which we all appreciate. It is not the brightest office in the world, but we have enough desk lamps to see exactly what we are doing. Malleshwaram is a classic part of the city. You have the old markets and the temples nearby, and it has a nice feel to it. We have been in this basement office for quite some time. Some people find it a little tricky to find the right set of stairs at first, but once you are down here, it is a quiet place to get things done. We don't have much of a view, just the feet of people walking by the high windows every now and then. The team is just a handful of us. We have known each other for many years, so the atmosphere is usually pretty relaxed. We don't bother wearing ties unless there is a very specific reason to do so. Most days it is just casual clothes and steady work. Heritage Plaza has other small businesses too, so there is a bit of a community feel in the building. We help each other out with small things. It is just a practical setup for us.
