Red Sun Residers

Running Red Sun Residers over here in Frazer Town keeps us on our feet most of the day. We are located right at 85 Gayathri Layout, specifically on the 20th Cross. It is pretty easy to find us because we are directly opposite the Bata showroom on Basavanapura Main Road. The traffic out there can be a real headache in the evenings, but inside the layout, it stays a bit quieter. We spend a lot of time dealing with the usual things that come up when you manage a place like this. There’s always a tap to fix or someone asking about a room or a vacant space. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; it’s mostly just us answering the phone and showing people around when they stop by. The 2nd stage area has changed a lot since we first started, with more shops popping up every year. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk when we’re busy out on the floor. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. Most of our neighbors know us by now, and we see the same faces every morning when the shops open up. If you're walking down Basavanapura Main Road, you’ve probably seen our sign near the crossing. It’s just a regular place for regular people to stay.
