Recruter

We are over here at Brindavan Guest House in the 5th Block area of Banashankari 3rd Stage. It’s a busy spot in Bangalore, and honestly, the guest house setting makes it feel a bit different than a cold office building. Most days, we are just busy being a Recruter, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone and looking through piles of papers to find people for jobs. The 2nd Cross road gets quite a bit of traffic during the morning, and you can hear the bikes zooming past while we try to conduct interviews. It is not a fancy setup by any means. We have some desks, a few chairs, and usually some tea going. People come and go through the main entrance of the guest house, so it stays pretty active. Being in Bangalore 560085, we are right in the middle of a residential patch but with shops nearby. We handle the usual hiring stuff, trying to match folks with what they are looking for without making it too complicated. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the rain, but we manage to get the work done. It’s just us doing our thing every day, talking to candidates and trying to keep things organized in our little corner of the 5th Block. It gets quiet in the evenings after the sun goes down over the stage three buildings. We just pack up and head home like everyone else.
