We’re located right in the heart of Bangalore, with the pincode 560001. This part of the city is always buzzing with people and traffic. Our focus is on the recruitment and HR industry, which basically means we spend our whole day talking to people. Our office is a busy place, filled with the sound of phones ringing and interviews happening in the small cabins we have. It’s not always perfectly tidy because of the sheer amount of resumes and files we deal with. Bangalore is a city of dreams for many, and we see that every day in the faces of people who come in for a meeting. We don’t use any fancy systems; it’s mostly just us and our phones and laptops. The weather in Bangalore is usually nice, but the commute to 560001 can be a bit of a struggle for the staff. We usually start our day with a quick catch-up over some coffee. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just try to match the right person with the right job. It’s a lot of trial and error and a lot of long conversations. Some days are exhausting, and some days are great when a person finally gets a call back. It’s a simple, human-centered business. We’ve been part of the Bangalore scene for a long time and just keep at it every single day.
