Recruitment In Any Consultancy

We are located at Chidambara 577/1, over on 6th Cross in 'A' Block. It’s in Sahakar Nagar, which is a nice part of Bangalore that isn't as chaotic as the center. We call ourselves Recruitment In Any Consultancy. Our day usually starts with a bunch of emails and a list of people we need to call. Recruitment is a strange job because you spend all day talking to strangers about their lives and what they want to do next. We aren't a big flashy firm. It’s just a regular office space where we keep our files and drink tea. Sahakar Nagar has some good trees and it’s actually quite pleasant to walk around during the lunch break. We’ve been here at this address for a while and most of the locals know our sign. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People just find us or we find them. It’s a lot of matching names to jobs and hoping it works out for everyone. Some days are really quiet and we just organize the desk, while other days everyone seems to be calling at once. We don't have a fancy mission statement. We just try to help people find a place to work and hope the companies are happy with who they get. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes most of the time.
