Recruitment Executive

You can find us at number 04 on 8th Cross in Shanty Layout, right opposite the Sheriff Bike Zone in Ramamurthy Nagar. We work as a Recruitment Executive here in this part of Bangalore 560016. It’s a lively neighborhood, especially with the bike shop right across from us, so there is always the sound of engines and people talking. Our office is just a small room where we handle all the hiring tasks. We don't have any fancy decorations, just some calendars on the wall and a few stacks of resumes that need to be filed. Ramamurthy Nagar is a bit far out for some, but it's where we feel at home. We spend most of our time calling people and setting up interviews for different companies. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we don't mind it much. The 8th Cross is a narrow street, so parking can be a bit of a headache for anyone visiting. We usually just have a tea from the stall nearby and get back to our screens. There isn't any corporate fluff here; we just talk to people like normal human beings. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes it hard to hear anything over the tin roof, but we just keep going. It’s a simple, local operation focused on getting people into jobs without any extra drama or complicated processes. We stay until the work is finished.
