Recruitment Co-Ordinator

You can find us at 13/5 on the 3rd Main Road in Seshadripuram. This area of Bangalore has a lot of history, and we like being tucked away here. We spend our days coordinating recruitment, which mostly means a lot of phone calls and looking at lists of names. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a few rooms where we can talk to people and keep our files organized. The street outside can get quite noisy during the day with all the bikes and cars passing by. We’ve got a few chairs for when people come in for a chat, but it’s not a formal place. We just want to get the right people into the right spots without making it too complicated. Sometimes the piles of resumes get a bit high, and we have to spend an afternoon just filing things away. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re something we aren't. If you walk in, you’ll see us working at our desks, probably with a glass of water or a cup of coffee nearby. It is a simple setup but it works for what we need to do. We’ve been here long enough that we know the best spots for a quick snack on the corner.
