Recruitment Center

Our office, the Recruitment Center, is located at 203 in the 6th Block of Kormangala. If you know Bangalore, you know Kormangala is always full of energy and people. We are right in the middle of it all. It’s a small office where we handle all the hiring and job stuff that comes our way. We don't have a giant lobby or anything impressive like that. It’s just a few rooms where we sit and talk to people about their careers. Being in the 6th Block is convenient because there are plenty of places to eat and the bus stops aren't too far away. We spend our days looking through resumes and making calls to different companies. It’s a lot of talking and listening. Some days are really hectic with people dropping in without appointments, and other days we are just catching up on emails. We aren't a big corporate machine; we’re just a small team trying to do our part in the Bangalore job market. The traffic around Kormangala is legendary, of course, so we usually tell people to give themselves extra time to reach us. We don't use fancy marketing talk because we don't think it's necessary. We just focus on the work and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks through our door at 203. It is a busy life here, but we wouldn't have it any other way in this part of B'Lore-34.
