Recruiting Firm

We are the Recruiting Firm located over at Sh-5/17 in the DRDO Township, Phase-2. It is in C.V. Raman Nagar in Bangalore, which means we deal with the usual city traffic every morning and evening. Our office is actually care of Mr. Lakshman. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the busier parts of Bangalore, which is nice when we are trying to concentrate on reading resumes. We spend most of our time looking at lists of names and talking on the phone to people looking for work. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and some very full filing cabinets. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few notes taped up. It can get a bit cluttered when we have a lot of positions to fill, but we know where everything is. We take turns making coffee in the small kitchen area. Sometimes it feels like we are just a small part of this big township, but we enjoy the routine. We stay busy from Monday to Friday, and by the time the weekend rolls around, we are ready for a break. It's just a regular recruitment office where we try to stay on top of things. The trees outside the window are nice when we need a moment to think. It isn't a high-pressure environment, just steady work that needs to be done right.
