Recruiter

I am working out of the Emralds PG accommodation for women on Sarakki Main Road. It is at number 132 in the 1st Phase area of Bangalore. My name is K. Sailaja. Being in a PG means things are usually pretty active around here. It is a decent place, mostly for women who come to the city for work or study. I handle recruiting tasks from here. It started as a small thing and now it takes up most of my day. I spend a lot of time talking to candidates. It can get a bit noisy in the building sometimes, but I find a quiet corner to get things done. Bangalore is a big city and everyone is looking for something better. Sarakki is a good location because it is connected well. I usually have my laptop open and a notebook nearby to keep track of names. It is not a big corporate office with glass walls. It is just me and my phone and a lot of lists. Sometimes the internet is slow, which is annoying. I try to stay organized but paperwork has a way of piling up on the small desk I have. People call at all hours sometimes. I don’t mind it much. It is just part of the job. I’ve lived in this part of town for some time. You get used to the sounds of the street outside. It is a simple way of working. No big frills here.
